How it works
Activation & Usage Period
Your eSIM starts as soon as you activate it in your destination — switch the line on with data roaming after you land. Installing it earlier starts nothing, and the validity days count from activation.
Example: Activate a 500MB daily plan at 1 PM and use it until 12:59 PM the next day. At 1 PM, your next 500MB is added automatically.
Always Connected at Lower Speed
Once your daily high-speed data is used up, you'll still have unlimited internet at 384kbps.
Enough for messaging, email, and basic browsing.
Data only — calls and SMS via your existing SIM
Your travel eSIM provides mobile data only. Voice calls and text messages still go through your home SIM (using roaming as usual).
Need more data later?
When your plan ends, simply buy another — as many times as you need.
Before installing
180-day install window
Install and activate your eSIM within 180 days of purchase.
An installed eSIM can't be reinstalled
Once the profile is on the device, deleting it is final — there is no way to put it back, and a new one has to be bought. If it is not working, contact us instead of deleting it.
Before You Install
- Make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi.
- Installation must be done on the phone you plan to use.
